Rules and Regulations

for Exams

All participants must read and understand the terms and conditions for both the Online Qualification Phase and the Xpert Elite Final.
Decisions made by the Xpert Organising Committee are final and must be adhered to by all students and educators.
The Xpert Organising Committee is not responsible for any technical issues, including power failures, internet connectivity problems, or electronic device failures during the Online Qualification Phase exam.
Students will not be given a second chance to retake the exam once it has been submitted.
The exam venue for the Online Qualification Phase is the student’s home under parental supervision or their school under teacher supervision.
The exam will be submitted automatically when the allotted time expires or if the web browser is refreshed.
Students will be disqualified for any cheating, and there will be no right to appeal.
The use of calculators is not permitted.
The Organising Committee reserves the right not to share students’ written exams after completion.
Students are expected to adhere to ethical rules and regulations during both the Online Qualification Phase and the Xpert Elite Final Phase.
Gold medal discounts are non-transferable.
Gold medal discounts must be used within 30 days of the third round of the Online Qualification Phase.
If a student qualifies for multiple discounts, only the highest discount will apply.
